I’ll admit I was a little torn because I usually stick with another brand, but they got back to me really fast and took care of the issue without any hassle. Definitely a good experience.

Definitely saved me a bunch of time since I didn’t have to bounce around between a bunch of different sites.

The updates were clear for the most part, and the package showed up right when it said it would. I do wish there had been a little more detail early on, just so I wasn’t guessing as much. Overall though, it was a good experience and I’d use them again.

Ordered a few parts and ended up using their install guide. Was easy to follow and helped with the little stuff I probably would've guessed on. Got everything done in the garage without much trouble.

So the packaging was... fine, I guess? Not terrible or anything, but the box definitely arrived kind of bent, which made me pause for a second before even thinking about what was inside. Everything seemed okay overall, but yeah, the outside packaging could’ve been sturdier.

The fit was solid, and once installed they didn’t have that cheap aftermarket look, which I really appreciate. If you’re going to sell restoration parts, they ought to look like they actually belong on the car, and these mostly do. Shipping was totally fine too. I’m giving it 4 stars because one item came with vague instructions, and I don’t think customers should be left guessing on something like that...
